Beware!!! They close early without warning! I went at 9:45pm after checking Yelp for their hours, which said they were open until 10pm on Saturday. They were already closed! Very disappointed, as was another customer driving up just before me!

I've been getting vaccinations here for a few years with no issues. Today I tried to make an appt. online for my husband and me for our flu shots. I had trouble with the website not letting me confirm the appointment. I called the pharmacy and was told they couldn't make the appt. over the phone and that it was ok to walk in. So about 5:15 we walked in and the blonde lady was obviously upset that we were told to walk in. She said we would have to wait about 20 minutes. We waited about 45 minutes before I went to the desk to ask if it would be much longer. In the meantime, another couple with appointments came in, the blonde woman told me we would have to wait until the next appointment times that they had available which was about 6:40 and 7pm. We decided to go elsewhere. I was able to make an appointment at another pharmacy on their website with no issues. The blonde woman was rude and should have told me when I first walked in that I had to wait until the next appt. time and that walk in's are not accepted.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating I would. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life. The staff is extremely rude. Negative. Downright dis-pleasing. I sat for 20 minutes in the second lane while 3 cars went through the first lane having arrived after I did. They had an attitude with me. Speak horrible English. And I will never be returning here again.

The regular pharmacists at this location are nice. However, the manager is a nightmare. Had problems several times with the pharmacy making mistakes with insurance and instead of apologizing for her mistake, she was very disrespectful. This should be a major concern for the district manager. One time, she even refused to check my insurance when I told her the information was incorrect. She refused to check my insurance card (Blue Cross Blue Shield). I then had to call my insurance company and they had to call her to rectify the mistake. When I subsequently went in to get a sizeable refund because of her mistake, she made ridiculous excuses and was disrespectful. I have now switched my Rxs to Walgreen's across the street and recommended to my relatives and neighbors to do the same.

I have always had great service from this pharmacy. I don't understand the negative reviews? I have been using this pharmacy for 13 years.

I have given this pharmacy several tries because there are a select few friendly pharmacists that I hate to tag the entire team of staff at this location with a poor rating. However, I have had many issues with one lady for over a year now. I have given her the benefit of the doubt many times that she might've been having one of those days-but after multiple visits it was the same encounter each time. I left the pharmacy feeling embarrassed and low as she couldn't treat me with the slightest bit of respect. The medicine I was in to pick up was not a controlled substance or anything close to it- I can leave it at that. I went in twice in one day and then again the following day to try and explain to the same lady about my missing med dose. By the fourth time returning to ask her a question she stood a few shelves away from the register where I was standing- and would not even give me the time of day to speak with me in front of me at the counter; instead shouting across the pharmacy that if I discarded the wrapper from my previous med refill that there was nothing she could do for me. She very well could have been correct, but I just think she could have handled the encounter in a more civilized manner is all.
