Well, I was there with my grandma and my grandma has IBS and she asked to use the bathroom and the lady would not let her use the bathroom we were shopping there and the lady was rude I’ve never seen anything like that before and you should be ashamed of yourself to have employees that are rude to elderly people like that I will never go there again. I’ll do my business somewhere else. Oh, and let you guys know that was at the Dollar General on 10 mile in Rockford Michigan.

This store never changes. Dirty, wall to wall boxes in the isle. Things are not neat or organized !!

Management team here needs to be replaced. Sitting around talking on their personal cellphone while the regular employees struggled. Not sure if they were on their break but if so keep it off the sales floor. Employee had to ask the manager a question and was forced to wait as the line grew longer for the manager to stop chit chatting on the phone

Not the nicest Dollar General I have been in. Walking around this store I felt like I was on an episode of 'Hoarders'; products tossed everywhere including the floors. I almost tripped several times. The Staff is ok.....that is if you like cigarette smoke hitting you in the face as you leave the building while the stores employee is blasting some kind of Hee-Haw event from her phone with more swear words than a Marine Corps Drill Instructor finding one of his recruits mothers sent him a Hello Kitty notepad in the mail.
