Belding Road location...the last two times I made a deposit the ATM ate a perfectly neat check. After that a teller told me someone was out to fix the machine. Today I deposited another fresh check and the machine ate it again, along with locking down on my card this time. Guess it wasn't repaired, huh? Since the bank doesn't own the ATM, the armoured car guy must get my check out of the machine, fill the machine up with money and then just drive off, never repairing anything. Julia, a teller, suggested I could just go to the drive thru. But I go to the ATM so I don't have to have these conversations and I don’t have the time to wait for the drive thru lane to open up. How about just fixing the machine, what a concept! This isnt a one time thing. What if I want to deposit a check after work when you're closed, the drive thru lane isn't very helpful then is it?To anyone reading this review for one reason or another please "MAKE A CHECK OR CASH DEPOSIT AT YOUR OWN RISK" at this ATM. The ATM worked fine for three years, now it doesn't. They dont care, and you have been warned. Or just bank somewhere else

The customer service at this location is the worst out of all the Huntington’s I’ve been to. They act like robots with the “how can I assist you” line. I live right next to this location and will drive 7 miles away just not to go here

I will be changing banks after todays experience at the Huntington bank on belding rd. Was told they would not notorize the letter I brought in that I had written to secretary of state was told that it to have the state of Michigan notary lingo on it..... Its a hand written letter and I have never had to have "" lingo"" on any of the other letters I have written and had notorized. And on top of it the guy was extremely rude. I have a few accounts through them and have for many years.but that ends today.

Waited ten minutes in the drive thru because they don't process the drive thru in the order of arrival. Then they charge a cash processing fee to the customer to count the money and make a deposit to their bank. Customer service has been horrible since Tab Kolehouse left.

Went into this bank to cash a few checks. They have my mide name which I go by on them. This is also on my license for proof that it is me. They would not cash it cause I also had a check with my first name on it from work. These bank employees have cashed my checks before and it has never been a problem. They wouldn't even deposit them. I had to mobile deposit them before their app continuously crashed and wouldn't let me do other two. They would not change my middle name to be first in the system as I need legal documentation they said. My license was not good enough. Don't talk about policy when you break "policy" every day.

I stopped by drive through today at 2pm. I waited 10 minutes before being greeted. I was told they would be with me in a few minutes. 5 min later I'm still waiting... so I decided to go in. Long story short... apparently politely asking for my ID and money means I get hounded by one of the ladies in a side office of this branch. She got way too close to me and refused to take my no I will deposit it at another branch. Kept trying to get me to let her show me how to deposit the money via atm. Poor rude service all around. Will not use this banks drive through or lobby again

Very inconsistent service, one day I am allowed to withdrawal funds from a card at a separate bank with ID verification. The next day I am not... And given no options or answers to why I can’t withdrawal funds; Just a “I don’t know”.

After being told we could open a checking account at the time w were there. But we had to wait a few. We waited over an hour . finally get in and the guy said w would have to set up an appt at another time.rude and not caring!

I love banking with Huntington. Recently I had fraudulent chargers on my account. The staff were so kind and caring, they walked me through every step and recovered my money.

Huntington put a hold on my mother's bank account for no apparent reason, and refused to remove the hold. She was sick in the hospital and unable to visit the branch, and their "policy" required her to show up in person. This caused all of her payments to fail and a major financial headache.

Great customer service. Always willing to go that extra step to ensure your happy
