Love this store. Owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Upfront with their return policy. Merchandise is quality. Store is decorated very well. I always recommend this store.

After what will be my final visit to jade today, I am disappointed in the direction this this store is going and find it very unfortunate that the staff/owner do not value returning customers. I'm not sure if they are struggling financially or if the owner and staff just do not know how clothing retail generally functions as a business model. I've seen several sales people come and go, so I assume the challenges are due to the proprietor. I attempted to exchange an unworn pair of pants with tags still on today and was sharply told by the clerk that "they couldn't accept an exchange ON THIS (was emphasized for reasons I dont know) without a receipt". The clerk shook her head violently and stressed that it was impossible, as though it were an absurd thing for me to ask, and handled the garment gigerly as if I had walked in off the street and handed her a soiled, damp bath towel. The last time I visited Jade was also uncomfortable, as the staff seemed to be very wary of me using the dressing room to try on items and were watching me as though I were concerning in some way. So much so, I bought the pants without trying them on, and needed to return them as they weren't a fit. Since the exchange amount of $32 was more important than my future business and the purchase I planned to make today, I politely told her she could keep them and left. After many years of patronage and referring others to visit, I will not return and will caution others about shopping here.

No interaction with sales staff except to check out, but friendly. Found a great straw summer hat, kimono, and discount necklace. Beautiful clothes but not a lot of extended sizes, I'm tall and a 14-16 and nothing over a Large that I could see stocked. A few baggy items may have worked. Help a tall sister out with some larger sizes! Smells great in there with some local candles. Great to stop and look, maybe buy, if the size and price are right.

Very average. Clothing selection is dull. Prices are extreme. For this store’s quality and style, look elsewhere. Francesca’s will offer you just that...at a more reasonable cost.

Placed an online order Saturday and received today. Everything was perfect! Communication was wonderful, especially since I couldn’t try on the items in person. Great shop and glad they are able to continue to sell their awesome items online during these hard times, and in compliance w/ the stay at home order. Have loved this store for many years, and definitely still a favorite!
