I needed to have my rings decreased by almost 3 sizes which can be challenging with some types of rings, but they look amazing and fit me perfectly now. “I was curious about the size of my ring as I have never asked. Being curious I walked in here and ask if they do it for a few. I was told there was no fee for it. They did it for free. To my surprise I offered money as a thank you and was told no. Although I didn't buy any jewelry here. I enjoy how easy it was to talk to all the staff.
