I want to express my appreciation for this Meijer. I purchased diapers this afternoon snd purchased the wrong size as I was in a hurry. They were unopened, untouched. I didn’t have my receipt and didn’t enter Mperks as again I was in a hurry. Took the box to customer service, and the clerk allowed me to exchange them with no questioned asked. I REALLY appreciated this as I dug through my trash trying to find the receipt before I went. This level of kindness was so much appreciated and I will continue to be a customer of this store!

Stockers or Shipping are really getting bad. Last few months I’ve come home to milk deals leaking, egg white seals broken already. Trying to find yogurt that hasn’t been punctured. The dairy area is becoming horrendous.
Then you gotta wait in line for 15 min to checkout from not enough cashiers

What can you say It's Meijer's beats Walmart hands down. Meijers have employees that look at you and listen. Walmart employees stand there with their mouth open a bit with a 100,000 mi stare.
Now I know this is an opinion and maybe a slightly biased one. But Meijer's is a store original to Michigan and we are clearly different here. We are proud people who stand up for ourselves. We're also kind and helpful. The only thing we expect is that you treat us the way you want to be treated.

Nice clean store, unfortunately they never have what you need. Take the time and drive to Cedar Springs. Their buyers do a much better job. Always have everything. The Rockford store didn't even have a basic staple like brown rice last time we were there. Someone needs to be more involved in the stocking of the Rockford store because they are failing miserably.
