Diana is absolutely awesome! I now live out of state in SC and bought the most adorable Michigan ornaments from her last year - and wanted to order 12 more for my girlfriends Christmas party I'm missing this year. Diana offered to hand deliver them to my friends house in GR when I slacked at finally ordering them last minute!! Not only is her customer service impeccable but her products are beautiful!!
