MVP Athletic Club offers world-class facilities and programs within an environment of active fun. The extensive, excellent, and clean facility includes indoor aquatics, tennis, pickleball, a basketball court, training turf, and state-of-the-art equipment. There is a wide array of things to do, including group fitness classes like yoga and Zumba with wonderful, great instructors. The staff is the absolute best—everyone is incredibly nice, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The warm and inviting pool and excellent childcare are notable features. The club provides many programs, though some note crowded pickleball courts during open play. Overall, it is a highly recommended community-focused athletic club.
We pay a lot of money for this place to close at 6 on the weekends. Please give us better hours and ill update to 5 stars

MVP Rockford is amazing. The best facility ever. Clean and heated with the best classes. The trainers are motivated and spectacular. I love the cold plunge, hot tube and steam finisher. A great way to start the day.
