The best Verizon store I've been to hands down. I would've given them 5 stars but there was a little mishap which thankfully they solved quickly after I pointed it out.

I was attempting to transfer a business # from AT&T to my Verizon personal account. I can't tell you how fantastic and patient the guys at the store were. Jett was great, very helpful and knew his stuff. The situation was a little different so he had to really work hard to find the correct solution. I would highly recommend working with Jett and Drew at this location. Thanks again for your help!

I went in at 6:30pm, a half hour before close. I had switched from post paid to prepaid and my phone lost signal. Had no service. Drew stayed an hour after close to help me get my issue resolved. No complaints. Great conversationalist. Got my issue resolved. Wish all customer service was like I had. Drew deserves a raise and a gold star!

I came in to Rockford store for new phone. Was served by manager named Jett. Very kind considerate man, very knowledgeable about products and services. Was exceptionally helpful about my needs and I am very pleased with my new phone and the service I got from Jett. He was outstanding.

Jett was AMAZING! We went to the Greenville location and got nowhere for over an hour. Jett helped answer so many of our questions and helped in every way he could. He was very helpful and the only one in the store. I won’t go to any other Verizon store after my encounter at this location.

Come to this location, it is awesome. Ethan and Jett were wonderful, they took great care of me and my dad and answered all of our questions. They were very patient. This store rocks.

I wandered in after having a bad app take over my phone. Jared was kind, didn't make me feel silly and promptly fixed the phone! He even walked me through it so I could handle it if it happened again. I was afraid that since I didn't buy the phone at this location, they wouldn't help, but this was not the case. Jared gets my highest recommendation! Top notch customer service!

Ethan was fantastic. Helped me get a new work phone then helped me get it set up and protected. Best cell phone buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend and will be back if I need anything else.

Bought a new iPhone from the Apple Store yesterday. Wanted to move my current cell number to the new phone. The nice Apple sales/tech tried to set up the new phone without moving the SIM card from the old phone to the new by making use of something called an electronic SIM. It didn’t work, and I was out of time. Both phones remained unable to receive or send calls or texts, even through WiFi, yet Verizon online wanted to send me a verification text before they would activate my new phone. So I went to Russell Cellular (Rockford MI) this morning. Jared Daldos solved the problem in about 30 minutes. He knew all the tricks. He charged me nothing. Jarod gave excellent customer service. He gets my highest recommendation.

Bought a new iPhone through this store. They would not ship to my home so I could activate. When I got to the store, they would not give me the phone saying they had to activate. A week later I got an email saying I signed up for some support plan which was never presented to me and For which I didn’t sign up. This store is unethical and has underhanded business practices. Go to another store or buy straight from Verizon/apple.

I dealt with both Ethan and Jarrod and had great experiences with both! Jarrod was quickly able to order me a new phone and had it there in 2 days! Ethan was super friendly, we had great conversation, and he was able to get my new phone activated and everything transferred over from my old phone so quick! Highly recommend going here! First thing in the morning is the best time too, no line!
