Nothing much can improve as all necessary steps and procedures were flawless and easy! I happen to make a call in to the service center as I didn’t have the time or service to download and requests a reservation with the U-Haul app- However the gentleman name Tim gladly walked me through my needs and got me supplied with what I needed. A+ to Timmy, Joe, and Tony as Joe and Tony were there the next day to take back my trailer and were just very happy helpful and delightful to deal with. The store smelled great of fresh pizza, pepperoni rolls, and some other good looking food. I will definitely be using this facility again for all my rental needs. Thank you guys!!

Terrible experience.... Rented a truck and tow dolly with extra insurances. Was told it would cover towing since we are going to a snowy area.... GOT STUCK with no help and paid $560 out of pocket....UHAUL lied the insurance doesn't cover towing... DON'T GET RIPPED OFF

Very impressed with the huge hardware selection...for such a small building you'd think the selection would be minimal...it's not...helpful and friendly staff in hardware....grocery section not so impressive...kid behind counter could use a refresher course on friendly customer/employee interaction...always seems annoyed with patrons.
