“I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service and standing by their work was impressive. Highly recommend them for quality repairs and accountability!”

“When my car wouldn’t start, I took it to Car Aid in Shelby. After they replaced the starter motor and a battery cable, the car started fine — but once I drove home, it wouldn’t start again. When I had it towed back to Car Aid, they said they needed to charge another $450 just for further diagnosis and couldn’t tell me how much the repair would ultimately cost.
So, I had the car towed to South Street Auto Care instead. They quoted $850 for diagnosis alone, also with no clear estimate for the actual repair — even more expensive!
Finally, I brought my car to Bill’s Automotive. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for only $217.01. How can you beat that?”

“Don’t think there’s a collision shop out there that’s covered by your car insurance that comes even close to Lakeside on 23 mile. Fixed my 2015 Dodge Challenger- serious hit in the drivers side. Almost totaled. I’m very familiar the doing body work and painting cars and know when things are done right, and Lakeside Collision in Shelby did a great job. Twice as good as the next best shop in my 45 yrs of experience. Between me, my family and all my friends, looking at the work they had done, no shop compares. Not even close. Been to many dealers, major chains, and highly rated independent shops. Lakeside on 23 leaves them in the dust.
They fought with the insurance company and used all new factory panels on my car- factory not aftermarket , epoxy primers to reduce potential for future rust , etc. They were very diligent about the frame and body straightening too.
Constant communication so you know the status every few days by email, and they call you call when a major update is needed. What you expect from a quality job. They may take a little longer that others, but that’s the price of quality work.”
