Do NOT bring your loved ones here. Horrible care, or more accurately, little to no care given. Calls about urgent matters are ignored. An incredibly sad and frustrating experience, my grandmother was left for hours in horrible conditions.

The staff at Orchard Grove is courteous and professional and take pride in taking care of their residents and providing excellent care. Also, management is very caring and always available to address any concerns if they arise.I strongly recommend Orchard Grove for any rehab or long term care needs.

Had my mother there on a hospice respite for what was supposed to be 5 days. In less than 48 hours she fell (with an injury) AND developed a sacral bedsore. We brought her home immediately and had to forego the remainder of our much needed respite.I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years and trust me when I say that the nicest looking facilities don’t always give the best care. That is certainly the case here. Tip for anyone placing a loved one in a skilled nursing facility - take multiple photos (or in our case video) of their entire body. I’ve got everything date and time stamped so there’s no denying the poor care she received. We will also be dis-enrolling her from hospice just long enough to have the fall injury assessed. If she doesn’t heal up fast we’ll be retaining an attorney to seek damages. Regardless I’ll be placing complaints with every state and federal agency providing oversight to Orchard Grove.

Great place to be! Very family oriented. My grandpa was in the assisted living and was in rehab a few different times. Staff has always been very friendly and hard working. Keep up the great work!

Very understaffed! If you live out of state, goodluck in some one answering when you call to get updates on your loved ones! Due to the lack of Caregivers, we hired a private nurse to help our mother, and my siblings and I noticed that the Orchard Grove nurses would not check on our mother when our hired nurse was their! Shame on Orchard Grove and the State of Michigan for the subpar care of our mother !

We were actually here for a Christmas Party with a group of local business owners and I was so impressed with this entire place. The location is down a back road where you just would not expect to find a beautiful senior living community. The building we were in was for the Independent Living seniors and we got to view both a single and double occupancy room. Both rooms were quite large and very appealing. The shower was made for a senior so that you would not have to step over a large lip to enter it. Everything was very user friendly - besides being beautiful. The chef for the campus actually made the food for our party and it was over the top delicious. Everything about this place is wonderful and I would definitely recommend it for anyone in search of senior living. What a great atmosphere.

To be a friend of someone here is pure heartache when I was able to visit the people were friendly and the place was clean then the pandemic came. I continued to send cards and letters to my precious friend Christmas card Easter card etc. For her birthday I sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers. When I called to see if she received the flowers the lady who works for there said I saw them in her room their nice. A little while later I called again to see about visiting from outside. A second lady explained I could visit thru the window. She asked me my friends name again and told me she wasn't there. Imagine my surprise I called my friends relative who has my phone number. Imagine my further surprise when I found out she had been taken to her relatives home but was now deceased. I feel let down by the relative who insisted she called me. No she did not I have a b.s. and an m.b.a. from u. Of. D. And a builders license if someone told me my dear friend was deceased I would have remembered. I also feel totally let down by orchard Grove. It would have been so simple to stamp the mail return to sender. It also would be good to have a roster of names before accepting bouquets for someone no longer there. Very very poor organization or lack thereof. I sent two. Emails and one letter before I posted this no one replied. My friend is gone and I found out about it eight months later. All of my cards and letters in the trash. Very very saf

My brother has been here for a few weeks now, & I can't say enough about the caring staff that go that extra mile to give attention to our loved one when they can't be home with us yet ?

Best place I’ve ever worked. Without a doubt. We have only the best employees. We love our residents and their families. Our executive director is amazing. He cares about everyone and everything.
