I have never had to wait in a long line, the scripts are ready quickly, and they even text you to let you know when it's ready! I am SO glad that this place is close to my house! Highly recommend!”

“Lytles is one of the cutest stores in Rochester. Yes, it is a pharmacy - but it is so much more. The front half of the store has cute little gifts and knick knacks. In the back of the store they have a kids section. I have gone in there many time to pick up little items for baby showers or the holidays. They have puzzles, stuffed animals, children books, and more. They also work with people in the local community. For example, I am a children's author and they were willing to stock my book in their store. They are so supportive of their neighbors. If you have never been, I highly recommend checking out this little shop in downtown Rochester.”

“I have a certain medication that is fairly expensive to fill and any other pharmacy other than here. Their cash price for me is about $120 per year. I have checked the price at other pharmacies and the best I could come up with was $150 per year. Not only do I get a great price but the kindness of the staff is exceptional. I wish they were open on weekends but the fact they are not is not enough to give them anything other than 5 Stars. Thank you!!!”
“I’ve never seen a slow or broken pump and I’ve been coming here for a decade. With points you can get gas for as cheap or a bit cheaper than Sam’s Club. Small convenience store but the attendants are always friendly. Clean safe location too.”

“This is definitely the best store around. I just moved here and had to transfer a large amount of prescriptions from a aCVS in Clinton Twp. Unfortunately, they are all on different refill days. They have been. WONDERFUL with getting my scripts transferred and filled. Both pharmacists, Andrew and Laura are amazing. I scheduled an appointment with Andrew for my flu and shingles vaccination and when I got there, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Also the front pharmacy staff are great as well. Alex is always willing to help and if something isn't ready, he takes care of it in minutes. Paul, up front in the store, always seems to be there and ALWAYS helps you find what you need. He knows that store inside and out. Whoever does their hiring there is doing a great job. A lot of Rite Aids are closing in this area, so keep that in mind when getting your scripts filled here. Patience is a virtue and it seems that a lot of society has forgotten that recently. The pharmacy staff aren't God's and can't magically make prescriptions appear from doctors offices and if your order is on back order, remember that is because a supplier does not have the medication. Not CVS, so don't take it out on them. Kindness will get you a lot further then pettiness. Remember that the next time your order can't be filled for reasons out of the pharmacies control. I find ordering a day or two earlier on the on line app helps a lot. You will simply get a text when it's ready. Have a nice day and remember to treat thy neighbor as you treat thyself. It will take you a lot further in life.”

“February 29, 2024 - "Thankful Thursday And Happy Leap Day!" Review # 464 I am updating my previous review from 6/24/2017 with 5 stars again. This location is 2 miles from another CVS store that I shop at but this one is larger and has a Drive-Thru Pharmacy. In the past I also used their drive up COVID testing back in 2019 and 2020 when it was offered which was very healthy convenient! Although My Prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I shop here when in the area up and down Romeo Plank or driving on 23 Mile Rd. for Reward Receipt Coupons with Care Pass! This location sells beer, wine and liquor and has a instant lottery machine up front near the check-out. There are Two Self- Scan machines to pay for merchandise in a quick Grab & Go busy way. The staff has improved and there's always one or two employees up front to assist at check out with coupons or other needed helpfulness. Did you know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! This location has also changed their morning hours to 8:00 AM. Photo attached of hours for 7 days a week. This CVS has a Clearance section with markdowns and sometimes in the main entrance area too. “Good for a pit stop, except the check-out line can be long/slow (no u-scan). Some products tend to be sold out so can check the app or call before to see if products are in-stock. I prefer not to use the pharmacy at this location. They have oxygen!”

“This is the best pharmacy. The pharmacists go out of their way to help you. It is so sad they are closing this store. There are a lot of new subdivisions going up in the area that will utilize a pharmacy. The corporate bosses should have driven around the area and see what is happening in this area!”

“This is probably the best Kroger I've ever been to. I love how big is it and how spacious all the aisles are. We also found a couple of delicious hidden jets. My local kroger isn't bad, but it could fit inside this place 3 times. The store and bathrooms were very clean.”

“The pharmacy staff here are wonderful.
The pharmacist Patricia will call if there's any issue such as insurance not covering the full amount or a delay in filling a prescription.
They'll readily contact other pharmacies or your doctors office too (although some docs are slow or don't call back).
I've gotten shots here and the staff are very accommodating and the injections relatively painless :-)
Even when the online system can't do what I need, I have called and pharmacy staff handled it for me.
I think CVS does a great job choosing pharmacists because the previous pharmacist Jim was also just as helpful and personable.
Now Patricia and her techs still give great friendly, professional service.
My family has been coming here over 25 years. This CVS location is a gem.
By the way, there are some other health care and beauty products that that I've needed and this location stocks a good variety.
That's on top of the variety of little helpful things like magazines, gadgets, and party items.
Oh, and they take good photo ID pics too! Better than the Secretary of State. LOL”
