I visited the Romeo, MI Post Office (119 Church St) on July 14, 2025, around 12:00 PM to drop off a package for my small business. The clerk accepted my package but made an unprofessional remark, saying, “Whatnot is robbing the post office,” and spoke with a rude attitude.
For context, Whatnot is a live-selling marketplace used by thousands of resellers across the U.S. The platform uses USPS for shipping, and sellers like me rely on USPS daily to get orders to customers quickly and reliably. Whatnot provides huge business to USPS, so it’s not fair to treat resellers with an attitude or disrespect.
As a customer and small business owner, I expect courteous and respectful service. This interaction was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this behavior so all customers are treated professionally.

Im writing this review in regards to the postal worker thst was simply rude on 7 /24/25 apparently a truck... was parked in the postal office parking spot which we did not know.. we were at the Masonic Temple for a funeral repass dinner the postal worker came In very rude saying she was going to have the truck towed and my family didn't ..even know what was going on at first we ..were in the middle of serving ppl food so for her to just right off say she was going too ..have the truck removed was just crazy didn't give ..us a chance too see who's truck it was .. just unprofessional and I probably won't be coming to the Romeo post office no time soon..

Placed order on Amazon. Amazon used USPS for delivery service. On the delivery day the USPS driver never attempted to deliver the package. I know the package would not fit in the mailbox as it was a gift my child's birthday and he wanted a collectable vinyl record. The driveway was plowed and nothing blocking the porch. The driver just sat for a few seconds at the end of the driveway beeped the horn then left. All with ring cam video to prove and message from Amazon stating delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. It is completely unreasonable and unprofessional in my opinion. Also there was no dog or any excuse that I can come up with for the USPS unsuccessful attempt at delivery.

Walk into the post office ..the other day to .. mail off something .. the atmosphere / presence is terrible one lady seems new.. like she doesn't know enough to be working by herself I asked a question the heavy shot hair lady that's really masculine had to answer.. it just seems like they need training ..on customer service skills no hi how are you ?! When you walk in ..no have a nice day ?!.. I probably will not return taking the extra mile/ time driving to Washington Post office this is totally unacceptable as we tax payers pay your wages .. spend our hard earned money in your establishment act like..we mean something to your company..

Absolutely appalled. Absolutely no help to solve a simple problem. Just shew to the next person. It's the same lady everyone is talking about on here. Sounds like a problem. U work for us people, we pay ur bills. And u refuse to give the help we need. This is not the first problem. But big enough to leave a review. Good day

This little Post Office has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! I should add that I brought in like 17 awkwardly shaped boxes for express shipping (with no notice other than I remotely printed my shipping labels), and the woman at the counter was so helpful and patient as I ran back to my car 6 times to grab more boxes! I was very grateful to her for her attitude and professionalism.

We really enjoy our mail carrier but there are a couple of employees inside that are consistently undermining customers. And after looking at these reviews, I'm not the only one that notices it.

I was in the post office tiday and had several things to ship each was a sale item and i was trying to get everything shopped prperly. I did not have packaging at home so i asked for assistance with packaging and pricing. I stepped aside and let other customers go ahead as I knew i was mailing several things and it was taking time. There were two older women at the counter. One heavy set with short hair. The other with longer hair also heavy set. Once I was do e i went in lobby to message all my buyers and sort things out and i could hear them making fun of me through the wall. I went back in and acknowledged their lack of professionalism. I will NEVER come here again. I will go to Armada office or send UPS. I hope their manager sees this and knows how terribly unprofessional they are. Such poor customer service
