Shawna Shelton and Diana is extremely rude distasteful and disrespectful and shouldn’t be in office at all I called in to get my bill explained which I have a right to because my belongings are in there and because I wasn’t understanding fast enough or well enough I was told “to sum it up pay for my shit and never come back” I was hung up on and disrespected on many occasions I would never recommend this place to anyone pick somewhere that you can be comfortable with your belongings being there this place is not it !!!

I would recommend using storage Sense. The building is clean and the staff listens to your concerns and was helpful with answers that need to be addressed. Staff had good aditudes with me. Thank you Shannon, Diane and the rest of your staff.🙏🏽🌹

Just ok, could be better, nearby tenant parked his not in use trailer full of all kinds of stuff and I found him working although my vehicle was parked and he took 13-15 inch inside my space

It was pretty easy to set up my unit and access it as well. Without me having to physically be there at the moment, it made my transition easier. The insurance, finding the proper storage unit size and the deal made it even more convenient.

You need to put semis separate from rv campers had my rv hit 3 times in 1 year from the unit next to me my unit 110 was outside the semi was in 109 had to come out of pocket to fix it deductible was to high

The sign up was easy, the woman behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful, the gate access is easy to use and my unit was clean and easy to locate and access.
