“I've been a resident in the Taylor area for some time and stumbled across Fairlane Apartments as an option for family member whom are relocating to Michigan. I was toured by Tammy (who I later Learned was the property manager) and enjoyed meeting her while the townhome was lovely (the online pix don't do the Apartments justice) it was a little smaller than my family needs. The only reason they did not put in an application was do to the backyard not being enclosed with a patio/grass area it was a pleasure meeting Tammy and her staff.”

“My family and I have been living in Wyndchase Apartments for over a year and we love the community. The management is always prompt with requests for information and services. The grounds are clean and there is a great big lawn where my Son and I play soccer. There is a nice tributary of the Rouge River that runs through the property which provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. Overall a nice place to live!”

“We've lived here for nearly 3 years and honestly I've enjoyed it.It is extremely quiet, the grounds are nice and management is really understanding and helpful. They have a small maintenance crew that has been the same since we moved in. This is a plus because we have established a rapport with Kyle and Jake, they are nice and respectful. They always remove their shoes and they work in two's to make the job a lot faster. My fridge recently went out in a snow storm, and they came right over to replace the old one with a new one. I'm very happy with the time I've spent here and would recommend it to family and friends.”
“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”
