Westland Estates Apartments is a clean, decent starter apartment in a good location. The staff is nice and maintenance is prompt. Some residents report a rude receptionist at the front desk. The apartments may need some updates. Many had no issues living there for several years and received their security deposit back. It is considered a perfect cute apartment for a first home or college years.

Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. I had no issues when I lived here. I really don’t know what some of these new reviews are talking about. It was a perfect cute little starter apartment. AND I had no issues getting my security deposit back.
