I've been driving commercial vehicles for going on 36 years and I inherited borderline high blood pressure, I'm in tip top physical shape, neck is 16 and weight is 190 nothing has changed in Decades so why am I all of a sudden ordered to take a sleep test, seems bias!

Nurse was very friendly. I called ahead and ask how long the wait was for a drug screen she tould me a half hour at the most I waited a hour while holding in a pee i chugged water to be ready for the test so when it was my time to go I could go and get out a hour is a little tough to be holding a pee that long other then that staff was friendly

I have to go to concentra multiple times a year for work. I normally go to livonia but was suprised this was 24/ hours. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I walked in with 4 people in the lobby one was a work friend. We waited for over 2 hours in the end. One person working the desk who couldn’t keep up or keep things in order. She was over whelmed. Another called her manager who didn’t even realize what day of the week it as or who was scheduled. A man waited over an hour just to get a copy of a mdot form. Another woman waited over an hour to get her tb shot READ!!!! A nightmare All in all stay far away from here.

One of the front desk employees at Concentra was very rude and aggressive toward me while I was speaking with another staff member. The front desk misplaced my paperwork, and when I politely asked questions to clarify the process, the employee repeatedly responded in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I remained calm and polite the entire time, never raising my voice or being aggressive, yet the staff member continued to speak to me in a condescending way—even when I simply asked about filling out the paperwork. The service when I went back was a very quick process though.

I was so expressed with this office. Staff was amazing I was so angry because I got hit by a patient but the doctor and the staff calm me down and made me laugh. The place was so clean. From being to end 2 day service was amazing thank you staff.
