I got a message saying” attempted delivery” I was home all day and even checked my camera. No DHL ever came. I needed the package for Sunday. They are closed on the weekends so there’s nothing I can do! I hate that companies use them it’s the worst experience each time

Very bad experience. The online info said that package is here and it will be delivered today. Whereas the fact was that it was not here. And it was gonna take multiple days to be delivered. Visited here took 2 hour drive just to get right information. The internal info they communicate and online info visible to customer is very different. Is that a felony in usa? Please guide.

Five-Star Service Thanks to a DHL employee
I recently visited DHL to send a package to my best friend in Africa, and I have to shout out one incredible employee—Chris. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly, was super easy to talk too and helped me navigate the best shipping options for an international delivery, which can be super confusing. He even took the time to neatly and securely pack my items and was extremely patient as I went back and forth with my friend over the phone, figuring out the best delivery destination.
Chris showed true professionalism and passion for his work. I wanted to let his supervisor know how amazing he was, but he humbly gave credit to his entire team. Honestly, he’s the reason I’m giving this location five stars.
