I called FedEx freight because I was expecting a shipment delivery and needed a delivery window since I had errands to run. I was able to provide shipper name and address, and delivery location name and address. Even having all this info available, they couldn't find it in their system. I decided to risk it and left to run my errands, and before I got back I got a call from the driver wondering where I was. The driver was friendly and capable, I have no complaints about him. But FedEx needs to make it easier to find freight shipments in their system when people call so we can schedule their day around the delivery.

Problem 1. Google maps indicates you have arrived (in error) over 1/4 mile away. Problem 2. The image on Google maps shows an auto shop front view which conveniently is also 1/4 mile away from the actual entrance. So after driving up and down the road, looking for the entrance 1/4 mile past where Google tells you to stop you find a Fed Ex freight sign. Unfortunately there are two entrances neither of which are adequately marked. So I try entrance 1 which looked like the primary entrance. I pull up to a locked gate with either a card identifying badge opener, or a intercom button. I ring the intercom button and get no response. I then eventually back up and pull around to the secondary entrance. That gate also has a badge/intercom style entrance, also unmarked. This gate opens up before I can click the intercom, which was great until I realize the second lot was for employee parking only. After realizing that I attempt to exit that lot. Although the security gate magically opened for me to enter the lot, it conveniently didn't work when I tried to contact someone via the intercom to leave the lot. After 10 minutes nobody answered. Thankfully a warehouse employee eventually exited the facility and directed me to the correct entrance and let me out of the lot I was locked into. Eventually I was able to retrieve my order, but not after being sent on one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a professional capacity just trying to get to order I paid for. Fix your signage and ensure you can have someone answering the intercom during normal business hours when someone arrives to retrieve their order if you ever expect to be more than 1 out of 5. Pathetic for such a large company.

Had a set of tires for my vehicle delivered here, bought the tires online and picked them up instead of having them delivered saved me a lot of money, employees were very helpful upon arrival.
