Waited over a week for my shipment for them to tell me I needed to verify my drop off when that’s never need an issue.Came to pick up the shipment because it was urgent and got ignored by the entire staff.

So I had a personal freight shipment that was not a home delivery. Therefore, I had to pick it up at this terminal. I called the day before it arrived at the terminal to confirm it was on track (it was) and also confirm the pickup hours. I was told I could pickup until 10pm. I then called the following day to confirm my shipment arrived to the terminal (it did) and also reconfirmed that I can pick this up anytime up until 10pm. Both days, I got the same answer of 10pm from two different ladies.When I showed up the same evening of the day it arrived at the terminal at 7:30pm (2.5hours before close), I was told (by a scrawny dark haired guy) they were too busy to hand over my shipment to me and that I would need to come back another day by 6:30pm. They had guys sitting on the forklifts throughout the warehouse playing on their phones, but yet they were too busy to help me. Clearly this guy was lazy and just didn't want to do the job I paid Forward Air to do, deliver my shipment. This scrawny guy was unreasonable and refused to help me and told me I would need to come back another day.After walking out very dissatisfied, I turned around to go back inside and plead my case once again. This time, however, the scrawny guy walked away when he saw me and I was able to get the service expected from another gentleman who was working in the office. He hopped on the forklift himself and got me my shipment.

Showed up late. Sent one guy to deliver my patio furniture set. The load was too big for him. Left me a mess when I got home. Had to get my neighbors to help me move it, just so I could close my garage door.

Bought a fridge from Home Depot, Forwarded Air has rescheduled delivery 3 times now! Twice "their truck broke down" and once their driver has covid. Do they only have 1 truck?!? Over a month after purchase and still no fridge

Ordered freezer from home Depot (hd staff has been great despite the delivery company)Forward air No call/No showed on my original delivery date, nobody could reach the delivery drivers. I found out there were 3 other deliveries skipped that day with no calls to let anyone know what was going on.They were then going to wait 2-3 weeks to reschedule my delivery.The manager on duty that night told the HD associate that he would personally contact me. He never did.They finally set up delivery 4 days later calling it an "emergency crew"The guys who delivered did not call before arriving. We have a lot of medical issues going on in our home (grandparent with recent heart attack, a cancer patient, and myself recovering from a severe auto accident) and we are not supposed to be lifting. We offered to pay the delivery guys extra to move the old freezer off our 4wheeler trailer into the storage building for us. We would have accepted no for an answer. Instead they implied it wouldn't be a big deal then the next thing I know the delivery truck was literally throwing gravel leaving our driveway. They didn't level the freezer or put the handle on which to me is common sense for an "install"I then had to schedule to have a replacement freezer delivered. They changed my delivery date without notifying me or home Depot because all of our notes and system said October 7th, as well as a customer service associate confirming with them on the 6th for a delivery the next day and that they would call me by 7pm to give me a time frame. They never called and moved it to the 8th. I am now arranging for someone else to be at my home to accept delivery as I have doctor's appointments scheduled for the 8th and if I can't accept delivery it sounds like another unit won't be available for another month.I have a whole house of appliances to update and would have loved to continue using home Depot but due to the delivery company I will be spending my money elsewhere.I am hoping I don't have to take time to add to this review tomorrow.Sadly I must add that though Home Depot confirmed with both GE and Forward Air that I would receive my delivery on time. They were a no call/no show for a second time. When a Home Depot associate contacted them on my behalf they said they had my freezer but pushed my delivery date to Oct 26 without notifying anyone. We have medical appointments and other things scheduled for my children to be at that we have rescheduled and adjusted multiple times now. This is absolutely unacceptable.Another observation... If you read the positive reviews that give this 4.1 stars most (not all) are from employees trying to boost their ratings.

This company is amazing. Shipped a 200lb item with them and it was delivered the next day 400 miles away. Rate was 30% cheaper than fedex freight. Very professional!

They delivered my refrigerator and didn’t put the screws back in the door and the door fell of and they didn’t want to replace it or talk to me even after their repairman said it was his fault that it happened I’d have to call manufacturer that should tell you the type of people that own the company
