I've worked with Interstate Trucksource for 10+ years, in numerous roles, many as a factory rep, and now a customer. They have been nothing but fantastic to work with. Susan, Grady, Mark, Irwin, all of them are great to deal with. Polite, fun, professional, and quality work from Interstate. I plan on continuing the relationship for many more years.

Took a Mack Granite to them for injectors and hopefully it doesn't take too long cause we have lots of work lined up. Seems to be better than most places in terms of getting my truck back in a reasonable amount of time. But I understand they do have their hands full. I just wish places would be honest from the get go and say it's going to be a month before I can get to it. Instead of saying we're having a hard time getting your parts!

We experienced a fire and needed to replace trucks lost fast. Communication was great right from the start. They listened to what my needs were and matched me up with a suitable truck. We have had ongoing issues with a 2019 Mack Anthem regarding ABS issues. At one point, this truck was at another dealership in the area that, for a lack of a better term, was worthless. Our truck sat for a week and after absolutely no progress made, we decided to roll the dice and bring the truck home. The ABS issues were causing derate issues and we were on pins and needles getting this this pile back to the terminal. With a little bit of luck, our driver managed to get the truck home. We then had more local dealership work on this same truck and for awhile everything was fine. On 4/3/2024, the truck started acting up again in the Detroit area. We called Interstate Trucksource in Romulus, MI and I can say we could not have been happier! These guys know their stuff! They got our truck in to diagnose as soon as it got there. They addressed another issue we were also having with the truck unrelated to the ABS problem. They managed to get an estimate together and started working on it almost immediately. The next morning, they tackled the ABS problem and within 2 hours found the problem, made the repair, and had our truck rolling. The truck was not even down for 24 hours! Most of the time, you are waiting 3-5 days just to get in the door! I wish every dealership would take a page out of Interstate Trucksources book! They stay in contact, they make repairs within a timely matter, and are willing to work with the customer. They have knowledgeable staff and guys who just give a damn about what truck drivers and their companies have to go through to get freight moved in this overregulated environment. If you have a Mack/Volvo and are ever in the Detroit area, even if you have to tow the truck from 200 miles out, get it to these guys and talk to David. You will not regret it!
