I work for a pest control company that services metro point and Kimmy is the best! She’s always prepared with all the units that need to be serviced and has the keys ready. She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and I always enjoy my time working with her! Wouldn’t want to work with any other office manager.

Kimmy made the whole process easy. She's inviting, very understanding, and super patient. Not to mention the rent price is very affordable especially in this day and time (don't change that). Maintenance awesome, the apartment great plenty of closet space. All around 10/10
