First time staying here, 1 hour free for PP members, other than that, nothing is included, even bathrooms are located in the general area of the airport, Location is right underneath the airport terminal train that connects the gates so it's very loud.

This was our first time using Minute Suites. We had a 5 hour layover on our way back to Tampa from Korea, so we called them to find out where they were located and if they had availability. Tina was the most helpful person you could ask for, and she gave me all the details, as well as helped us get the room booked. We were even able to check in a bit early. My only complaint was, it's a little noisy as this is right underneath the tracks for the indoor shuttle. But it was nice to take a nap for a couple hours after you've been traveling for 20 hours straight.

The front desk attendant literally opened the door to let another customer in the room while we were sound asleep and only halfway through our reservation. Ridiculous and certainly not worth the cost when we were completely disrupted and walked in on.

Such a horrible experience!!!!! Stay away from this place.I purchased a shower and a room for 1 hr when I went to use the shower I found Roaches coming out the shower drain!! it was disgusting! take your money elsewhere these people not only overcharge you for a place to charge your phone but without telling you they will refuse to return your money if you express how disappointing your experience was. DO NOT give this company your money they WILL take advantage of you

Stayed here for free as a Priority Pass holder.I had to wait an hour to get the room because all of them were taken. The employee was really nice and helped me through the process. She explained everything clearly to me and asked if I needed anything else. The room was spacious enough for just myself. It came with a pulled out bench, a desk and chair. It also came with a blanket.I could dim the light and turn up the white noise. However, the tram is right above the room, so the noise wasn’t completely blocked out.But it was free, and I got to close my eyes for a little bit with some privacy, so it was decent.

Arrived at midnight and had a flight at 8am the next morning so no way we wanted to leave security and have to come right back. We missed the chance to book an overnight rate (make sure to pre book if possible!), but with the military discount ($36 an hour), it still was cheaper than booking the airport hotel ($400). The pleather, futon style couch pulls out a second tier, and while it's not the most luxurious thing ever, it's way better than the floor (no benches at this airport). Front desk lady was super friendly and informative. They provided blankets and pillows, had a little desk for luggage, outlets, and a fan. It all seemed clean. The train doesn't run at night so we got a mostly peaceful sleep (the walls are thin so new arrivals were noticeable). Had to use the public airport bathrooms. It's pretty nice if you have the right expectations.

Front desk person was nice and helpful but the bed couch was very uncomfortable and they didn't provide a pillow! Also it's under the train so it was very loud.

Stayed here for an hour using my priority pass card. Front desk was very welcoming and we had a great chat before I was taken to my room. The room was great and very clean. Was easily able to spend the 2.5 hour layover I had in Detroit within this room and be comfortable during the time. If you have a priority pass card and have a long layover in Detroit, this is a great place to stay.

Stayed here for an hour as a Priority Pass holder. The rooms aren’t that spacious; they consist of a a padded bench and computer table with a desk chair. There is a TV above the table and an Alexa Echo Dot you can use for viewing or music. They also offered showers for $20. Even though Priority Pass holders can bring two companions for free, it would be a cramped room.It was a nice place to turn off the lights and rest our eyes for an hour. A switch for white noise was available, but it didn’t do much to drown out the Express Shuttle that is one floor above the room… also the emergency light and smoke alarm lights were bright green which really stood out when the room was dark.Overall, I’d do it again with a priority pass… but I’d be hard pressed to spend any money on the experience. The front desk people were nice and explained how everything worked.

I made the decision to stay at the Detroit airport Minute Suites on Nov 18, 2022. I paid $182.32 for 4 hours because I had an almost 7-hour layover on my way back home. The desk attendant was pleasant but never told me what came with the suite or what I would experience. I paid but had to wait over an hour for an opening. After lunch, I returned to a different desk attendant. She was also very pleasant. I was led back to a small room with a hard leather-like couch, desk, a TV and a couple of clothes hangers on the door. The attendant wiped down the couch and made sure I had a blanket and a pillow. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. I had a hard time turning the lock so that the door couldn't be opened from the outside. I was stunned to discover that the couch was very hard and almost impossible to relax or nap on. Apparently, there was a shower and bathroom that I could access that I was never told about. After turning the light off and settling down, I quickly discovered that the airport tram that runs overhead was deafening and shook the room as it passed by. I should have just left, but I'm not one to cause an uproar. So, I just lay there on a very uncomfortable, hard surface trying to nap while a roaring tram passed overhead every 30 seconds or so. Also, the TV came on by itself and lit up the room and changed channels on its own for several minutes adding to the disturbance. I left after my 4 hours were up and I was certainly glad to leave and get to my gate because the gate chairs would most certainly be more comfortable than what Minute Suites had to offer. Needless to say, I will not be using Minute Suites ever again.
