We hired Morse Moving to move my parent’s house and the crew was amazing. They were very respectful of their belongings. My mom especially liked how they protected the floors and handrails. Shoutout to Craig and team, very friendly and hardworking. It was impressive to see them work. 10/10 would use them again!

We had a wonderful experience. Jeff was amazing when he gave the quote. He was kind in an emotional situation and brought boxes for me to my home. The crew headed by Dave, was so fun and fast. I highly recommend them for any move.

Fantastic moving company! Really professional and went the extra mile. A screw was missing from a piece of furniture after moving from overseas and they went to the hardware store to get a replacement so the bed could be assembled. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend!

My move with Morse went great. My move was very minimal, so the final cost was less than the projection -- I appreciated that in my communication ahead of the move, Morse estimated the potential high-end cost so that there were no surprises.
My two movers were excellent -- efficient, friendly and respectful.

Morse Moving was so professional and kind, and made my move from West Bloomfield to Coldwater, MI very easy and enjoyable. They listened to what I needed and were very careful with my furniture. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them!!

Hired Allied/Morse Moving to do a cross country move from Ohio to Florida. Landed on 3/5 stars because the job ended up done, we have all our things, and everyone was very kind. But there were several bumps along the way.
First, it wasn't made clear during the quote/house visit process that we should expect a full semi-truck to show up. It was a hassle during pickup and arrival to fit the truck into our neighborhood. We didn't end up getting charged extra for a 'long carry fee' or a shuttle to and from the truck, but it was very stressful.
Secondly, the truck broke down and it took a full 2 weeks from pickup to drop off. I know that accidents happen and our driver was apologetic. My issue was with the lack of communication. I took the day off of work to accept the drop off between 8 and 10am and nobody showed up. When I called, I was told that the truck broke down a couple of days prior and was shocked that nobody called me in advance. It's unacceptable for me to take the day off of work, use my PTO time when the delivery was promised, and then for nobody to show up or call. In the end, we were given 6 different delivery dates.
Lastly, during drop off, there was only 1 mover. He was expected to move our couch by himself and ended up dragging the side of our leather sofa across the cement in order to get it through the door, scuffing the leather. There should be a minimum of 2 movers to lift heavy furniture together.
I will say that the movers, driver, and sales person were very kind throughout the process. But we spent a lot of money for this to be a convenience and it ended up being much more stressful than anticipated.
