You've had my products since December 6th, That's 4 days my product is just sitting in Romulus with zero snow on the ground. They're also not shorthanded, they get the weekends off during the holidays just like in Clearfield Utah. Also ordered November 21st, it's the 10th of December now.

Waited for delivery even called earlier today was told they will call before coming… still no delivery… called again and was told a glitch… now not coming for another week..no customer satisfaction offer of any kind offered even when asked… would of been nice to know instead of wasting my day waiting…
