Absolute TRASH! After 23 years of direct depositing my paycheck, I left this institution due to their complete dismissal of my concerns after an identity theft incident. I wasn't notified until AFTER they closed, that there were suspicious charges on my debit card. This was prior to them allowing alerts to be set up. Someone filled up three cars, shopped for groceries twice, and then hit two malls the day after my payroll posted. Wiped out my checking and were well into my savings by the time I was able to cancel the card. By the time PSCU refunded my money, I had incurred 12 overdraft fees. No one I spoke with during those ten days offered me any advice on how to stop incurring more fees, nor did they refund them all. Just two. When I called a month later, a young woman named Amy told me 'it wasn't their fault' I got hacked and hung up on me. I eventually had to pull 10k from a long term account at another back just to get back upright. I left them and went to Huntington. It's like night and day. I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I hope Amy sees this.

Dispute resolution on Debit card charges is a nightmare Takes over a month and wants more information which they already have but don't read Someone out of Iowa handle your Dispute. Customer service is getting bad at PSCU office in Romulus Michigan. I have an account there since 2003. Hope they can improve

I have never had so many problems trying to pay a car payment!!! It took 3 payments for someone to finally notice one issue was they had my birth year wrong. Today I tried automated service and it kept telling me it was having problems. Finally got a very RUDE person to tell me that I probably pressed the wrong number. No. Your system is a mess..then they charge me 12.00 to press the button to take out of my account. I've never had to pay a fee with any place I've had car loans. Will never go through them for anything ever again. I've had atleast 8 or 9 car loans and never had this type of bad service

I've been with PSCU since they bought Metro Shores. I've had about a dozen loans through them ranging from auto, motorcycle, to personal. Most recently a home equity loan. Mr. Beshiri was very patient and understanding with me through the whole process and the problems that arose along the way. We closed on it last week and it was a very good experience overall. Will be going back for the new home when it's time.

Terrible bank. By far The worst I’ve ever had. Reopening my account with this bank was a huge mistake. Not only does the customer service line constantly just hang up on you, customer service is useless. They have a $1200 spending limit set on your card and think that’s ethical and livable. Then when trying to remove all of my money from the bank they tell me I can’t? Seriously? I plan to take this to court and sue this bank. You can’t hold peoples money hostage for a week and then when I try to remove it cash because you guys won’t fix my debit card I can’t get that either. that is unacceptable. I swear it’s always the companies with majority black supporters that try stuff like this. Not this time. See you in court

The Romulus PSCU has downgraded to the very worst. 3 yrs ago (I think her name was Rene) was the best ever at her job as the front desk receptionist. This Credit Union had a 5.0. Now you have a lady at the front desk that acts like she don't want to hear questions and smiling is non-existent. Now the ratings are at 2.0. I now am going to other locations of PSCU and they are wonderful. I will not leave this PSCU due to a lack of communication and kindness. If your Romulus PSCU branch doesn't treat people right all the other PSCU are going to suffer even though I haven't had a problem with them. All in all PSCU you are my bank and thank you for your services.

In all fairness this credit union is only good for loans nothing else. I was ripped off by a business and they want me to drive out the way to file a dispute by getting a receipt. Takes a act of GOD to file a dispute, this credit union does not mind you as a customer being ripped off. I hope is happens to the members here so they can see how the customer feels.

As a Retired U.S. Air Force Veteran, Customer Service ranks high on my list. While using PSCU's Drive-Thru, I've had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Shyenne. Her courteous demeanor and professionalism is worth acknowledging. No matter how long the line of cars are, Ms. Shyenne is always polite and kind. "Thank you Ma'am for your service!"

I recently applied for a car loan with PSCU and after several weeks without hearing anything (I received an alert that my credit was pulled by PSCU), I called the bank and was put in touch with the person responsible for processing my loan. She had clearly allowed me to slip through the cracks and made an excuse about my income not being enough to justify the amount of the loan request. She'd used the amount of my PSCU bi weekly deposit to determine that I didn't qualify for as much as I was requesting. I told her that I have multiple bank accounts and PSCU deposit does not reflect the amount of my income. After requesting a copy of my pay statements from two checks (mine you I've been at this credit for 18 years and paid off two car loans), the loan specialist came back to say my interest rate would be a whopping 6.5%. I was shocked and asked why, but never really got a straight answer. I assumed it was related to the feds interest rate hikes. Ultimately, after searching for weeks for a vehicle, I went back to my loan specialist and requested an increase, which was immediately granted. Within a few days, I had found my vehicle and reached out to my loan specialist to notify her that I had found my car and to ask what my next step was. That was a month ago. I received an email from the loan specialist nearly 30 days later to find out if I was still in the market for a car. After not hearing from her, I allowed the car dealership to shop for a loan for me. Guess what? They slashed my credit union's rate (the one I've been with for 18 years and have payed off two car loans AND a personal loan) nearly in half. I went from a 6.5 to a 3.6 interest rate. I'm not sure why PSCU would treat a loyal customer in such a way, other than plain ole greed, but I appreciate the 30 day delay in the loan specialist response. Otherwise, I might be paying twice the interest rate I'm paying. Lesson learn. Many credit Union are no longer looking out for the little wo(man). They are looking to line pockets of shareholders. Sad, but true.

The next time Ms Heather and her manager decide to speak badly about their banks clientele, they should ensure they are out of earshot. Completely unprofessional, I understand the frustration of the end of the day, and that I made a small mistake on the tablet utilized for creating new debit cards, but their behavior was unacceptable. I will not be returning to the Romulus location anytime soon, and will likely be switching to a different credit union.

I don't like that their ATM won't allow check deposits. Also a bit frustrating that you can't use this credit union unless you have your account number ? Usually most will have you swipe your ATM card and get your license and another form of I.D and help you this way but not them!!!
