Romulus Athletic Center is a great place for friends and family with a friendly and warm atmosphere. The facilities are clean, pretty, and offer great amenities. There is something for everyone, including swimming laps and walking in the lazy river, a hot tub, an upstairs track, and weight and cardio training equipment. Activities include basketball and pickleball, with trainers and classes for all interests. The staff is great and provides good service. Some note a wish for a discount for surrounding cities and that the family changing room could be bigger or more specific to families. Overall, it is a nice place that soothes the soul and is a can't-miss destination.
When I go during the day it is not busy at all.The equipment is standard issue but the gym and pool area is huge. They have exercise classes, rooms for kids b-day parties and a huge conference room.
