Half the pumps don’t work and the line takes forever to get through to pay inside. Would rather go across the street even though it’s way earlier to turn into the shell on my way home

They not open 24 hours a day. The gas station across middlebelt that has subway is open 24 hours . Not the shell. Dude closes the door at 9:30

Looked at three different pumps that were all out of order, without any marking saying so, while the guy sweeping up nothing in their empty car bays wants to argue with me. Get functioning pumps or mark the ones out of order, what a joke

Unable to pump gas due to my Hip disability. A call was made to the owner and he came out and pumped the gas for me! That is what you call Excellent Customer Service!!! Kudos!!!!!!!!!!

My car over heated leaving metro airport so I randomly stopped into the shell gas station mechanic shop. Spoke to Mike the mechanic and he got me rite in. They were fast, efficient and pricing was great. I was back on the road doing Uber in a couple hours. They are my new mechanics and will be recommending them to all friends and family.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Took my son's car at 8:30am 11/18/2023.. asked about a heater core flush ..was told to come back in 30 minutes and he was on his phone and said it without even looking at me...I came back in 45 minutes later he said "NAH WERE NOT DOIN THAT TODAY" I hate these arrogant neighborhood shops.. TRASH THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR

Site states they are open 24hours, they are not! You don't know what time they open, site says 00:00 to 23:00 for hours, I'm sitting here on a Sunday morning all alone not knowing when they open, hours not even posted on the door. It's a inconvenience cause I could go eat breakfast if I knew!!! And just come back. Guy arrives 40 min later and sees me sitting at the garage door. Didn't speak or acknowledge me and went behind cashier station. I walk in 20 min later and ask to get a oil change. He says we are closed on Sunday! So he let me sit there not telling me, and if the hours was posted I would not have drove all the way here for nothing!

Called to have a vehicle repaired here and was told to call back the next day so I did to just hear a very unhelpful person waste my time and say they can’t because they have to many cars
