Our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot! We returned from a week long trip today to no way home! Initially staff denied any issues there. We have since found out that there have been multiple break-ins and another car was stolen a few weeks ago. I would think twice about leaving your car in the Sheraton lot!

Location is perfect distance to the airport, and hotel is nice. Lots of pilots and flight attendants stay here too. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 4am till midnight to and from the airport too. Would recommend!

Friendly Staff. The rooms are mostly updated but some details need updating (slow draining shower, broken door trim). The location near the airport is perfect and the lobby/pool area with balconies is pretty rad. Will be staying again ?
Rooms: Nice sized room with updated features. The balcony slider didn't have the safety clip on top so that made us nervous with two toddlers. Safe and fridge in the double queen bed room was enough for our one night stay.

I was going to try to park here again.... holy fees. The fees were 60 percent of the deceptive parking price. It's not 10 bucks a day it's 16 bucks a day and their shuttle doesn't come to the airport except about 2 times an hour but only if you call them when you get your bags. Charging a premium to park without offering premium service

Airport shuttle never came. Guest services never answered the phone after calling for hours. Had to take a holiday Inn Express Shuttle in order to get to the Hotel.

We had a business meeting at 2 pm, but a check-in time is scheduled for 3 pm. We came earlier to get prepared for a business meeting beforehand. However, there isn't anyone who could assist with the room and kept repeating that they can't do anything until the original check-in time. I want to bring this matter to be reviewed by the hotel management and take necessary actions for guests who came with business purposes.

I honestly wasn't there very long and didn't experience a sort of service per se, but everything that I did experience there was top shelf. The rooms are nice and roomy and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and they provide ample amenities. The only issue I had really was how expensive their menu is in the fact that the rooms are pretty pricey considering and they charge a hell of a lot for the breakfast.

At first my room was dusty. I communicated to the mgr and desk and nothing much was fixed. I have severe dust mite allergies and communicated it as well. I spoke with housekeeping manager and came back the next day and my room was so clean. They even left me a note and put my lotion by my bed. Larissa was the housekeeping manager who truly heard me and that I am on all rhe meds I can be on to help with my allergies.
I am here for 10 days so my child can compete in Jr. Gold so it is important I stay well. Thank you so much Larissa!! You are an asset and as a hotel employee myself I truly understand the time it took your staff to clean for me.
Walkability: Safe to walk around the property for exercise on the street or food.
Food and drinks: The food is good. Pricey. They will give you more than you can possibly eat. Some Starbucks available but does not take SB app.

We used the Sheraton parking service via the hotel for parking and shuttle to the airport in Detroit.
We have used this before without issue but this time a good portion of the lot was blocked off so we had to park very far away.
My wife is recovering from a knee replacement and fractured femur, we have handicap plates but there was no where near the building and many spots were taped off.
The guy running the morning shuttle (3am) was very rude, he was barking we leave in 2 minutes like a drill instructor and there were only my wife and I plus one other lady, certainly didn't offer to help with bags either (previously drivers here have helped load our bags into the back of bus). Fine I loaded ours myself but that was only the start of our interesting ride...
He literally floored it the entire trip purposefully just whipping around every turn and stop go extremely dramatic, making all 3 of us hold on for dear life and my wife was having a hard time with that knee of course, we caught air on a few of the bumps slamming down hard, i wish that bus had a camera on it so they could see the passengers scrambling to hold on and certainly to show how we were all holding on - it was totally unnecessary and if I could have I would have recorded the ride but I had both hands firmly on the seat bar.
Coming back from the trip I will say our return driver was GREAT and nice, helped with bags, drove normally, couldn't ask for more.
When we finally got to our car we had about a foot long scratch down the side where someone had apparently dragged their luggage or something but no broken windows or other damage seen.
We can’t be the only people to experience his extreme horrible attitude and driving, the lot being mostly closed off was certainly no fun, and the big scratch will just be a reminder that maybe we should look into another parking venue for our next trip.
