Had brakes put on my 2021 Tahoe from another shop 2 weeks prior to visiting this shop. I was driving and my brake pad and caliper came off. Fluid was leaking with so many lights and warnings flashing on my dash. This shop luckily was a few streets away. Explained to them what happened. They pulled my truck in, ordered parts and my truck was ready the next day. Not sure about these other reviews but they handle business and are trustworthy. I was still in shock from what happened and left a cell phone, ipad, money, and credit cards in the vehicle. Nothing missing. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

TERRIBLE experience. I purchased a car from a lot they apparently partner with and this is where the oil change was done and they didn’t check for or change any of the other fluids. I kept having issues with the vehicle I purchased from Georges Used Cars on Telegraph it just seems like this place is part of whatever they’re running at the car lot. Poor listening skills and just careless

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! This place is a joke. Ownership has their hands so deep in “George’s Used Cars” pockets, that unless there is a business interest to them then they will treat you like garbage.I’ve spent $1000’s over the years at this place. I recently went to this shop to have some warranty work done, one of the staff members in leadership didn’t like that I was asking questions about my vehicle’s issue.He copped an attitude with me, and then told me to take my vehicle somewhere else and the $1000’s I’ve spent over the years means nothing to him (He was being a lot more explicit with his comments though). This place doesn’t care about their customers because they don’t need them. They have some type of a partnership with “George’s Used Cars” and that is lining the business’s pockets.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
