“After our flight was delayed more than two hours due to DTW power outage on Nov. 5, we were relieved to see the US Park shuttle ready and waiting after midnight. Driver Sharon was very diligent about getting us right in front of our car and when we discovered we had left a phone on the seat, dispatch got ahold of her immediately and we were able to pick it up minutes later. The dispatcher reminded us to use AAA which we would have forgotten about due to the stress of the moment. Every employee was courteous and it was very convenient. Much less expensive than parking at the airport.”

“I have been employed here now for about a month. I was formally employed at YRC/HOLLAND for 20 years until they closed the doors. The short time I have been here, It has been like a breath of fresh air. Everybody here from the owner to dispatch and everybody in between are very friendly and kind. We are not just a number. We are all treated as equals. Everyday I look forward to coming here. They have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel important to the company. I am glad to be employed by a company like this. Plan to be here a long time.”
