U-pack was pretty easy to use from A to Z. Very helpful customer service throughout. From booking, to delivery. They had the lowest price out of 4 carriers, and we encountered no issues with the whole process of moving 1600+ miles across the country. Would use again.

It was perfect. They dropped off and picked up efficiently and on time. The dispatchers were courteous and understanding. Everything arrived in good shape. I would highly recommend use of this service.

Easy process from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Denver, Colorado. They handled the drop off and pick up with ease. Very secure, but just be careful to pack everything assuming that transporting the box can be rickety!
