Customer service has went down, since the start of this new location. The bankers act like they don’t want to work. And everything has to go through the kiosk. Oh yea and since when did wings stop faxing documents for members?

Do not like your new do it yourself at the Taylor location. I am looking for a new credit union that have personal attention not a machine so disappointed in this set up

I love Wings Credit Union, however when entering you password you should have a show button so that we can see what number is being entered. I put my password in 3 times when I was doing business at the Credit union because I couldn't tell what letters I was pushing. This would be a great feature if implemented

Why is it taking so long to open up a drive through? At least they should add an ATM machine for before and after hours. I’m really disappointed that they moved from their old location which was much better and convenient.

Why get rid of the tellers?! That's part of the experience NOT talking to a video screen when there are actual employees at the location? Very odd set up... been a member since 1988 and seriously considering going with another credit union due to the "virtual" experience....

Very poor service! The Taylor Mi branch manager has you jump thru unnecessary hoops to complete a transaction. The phone system is ridiculous! 22 minutes waiting. Get a receptionist

'Local' branch?27 yr member and there is still only one phone number to a computer in MINNESOTA.Horrible service. I've moved most of my money out.

I'm just not happy with this bank to far for me and I have to sign in three or more times before it will let me in and when I mobile deposit they hold it past 3 days won't let me put my husband on my account I don't know what to do anymore its a one way street and I'm tired of them telling me no or having an excuse.

I do not like the location, because it’s not near the airport AND the new location is further from my home. Thank goodness for remote deposit, and (I hope) unlimited transfers between my own accounts.

I do not like the new branch at all. I absolutely hate that I have to talk to a computer screen and not a person at a counter. I’m seriously thinking about moving all my assets to another financial institution

I've been a member since 1989. This used to be an excellent credit union, but it is now TERRIBLE! You get punishment from their automated phone assistant "Sky" it's awful. The hold times are extremely long. They are forcing automation on us that does not work. I'm looking into moving my account.
