Do not order appliances from Home Depot for home delivery in this area of MI, as they use XPO for delivery. XPO delivered half of the appliances that were ordered. Somehow, the missing ones were not loaded on the delivery truck. How hard is it to make sure you’ve loaded full orders if you’re in the delivery business? So we call Home Depot to ask what happened, Home Depot had trouble getting through to XPO, only to be told by the customer service rep at XPO couldn’t get a hold of the XPO Delivery Hub. We tried several days of calls, only to be told no one at XPO delivery hub was answering. How do you not answer the phone when others from your company are calling? We later learned this is how XPO operates. Not sure how they are even still in business after all the horror stories we’ve heard about them. Also shame on Home Depot for continuing to use this business for their deliveries.

TAKE MY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND STAY CLEAR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.People in this company should be charged with fraud!I have been building and shipping (well over a 1k shipments throughout the country) custom furniture for nearly 6 years. XPO Logistics has damaged more of our shipments than any other carrier in the U.S!!! We crate our furniture in custom shipping crates that honestly, I don't think could be made any better than how we make them.This company has repeatedly threatened our customers to the point where they make our customers sign for damaged shipments and then deny our claims for the damaged shipments by saying that the customer accepted the shipment knowing it was damaged.You might save a few dollars with XPO's rates but you will ultimately pay WAY more in the long run. XPO has easily cost my company $20k in replacing product that they damaged during transit but refuse to pay for!

Terrible experience with curbside delivery. Driver didn't call when he was 30 minutes out from my place and got a attitude with me for not being home when he got there. Plus the drivers do drive aggressive in metro Detroit.

I’ve had two deliveries from them, both i didn’t get a call in advance as theyPromised. Also once they forgot a box on the truck and proceeded to immediately ‘misplace it’. I didnt. Get a choice who to use for my cabinet deliveryBut if anyones reading this expecting to get a call in advance from them i would bet money u don’t get that call

Terrible communication with lead to a terrible experience!I called the day before my delivery date and was promised a 4 hour delivery window, I never received a call or text with this information. I was then promised a call 30 minutes prior to delivery… I received a call when the driver was at my house and he could only wait 10 minutes.Due to the lack of communication and promises I know have to wait another week!Also when I called in the company was so scripted it was terrible. I even talked to a manager who couldn’t do anything!

My appointment on 8am , am reach there 4 am Fast unloading on live load , empty trailer with in 2 hours like 6 am…Also restrooms for drivers..Be safe Truckers
