“Brought my Honda to Haven Automotive and everything went really smooth. The staff are friendly and I like that you can just text to book or ask questions—super convenient.
I’d originally asked them to check a few specific things. When they called to say the car was ready, I mentioned a couple of other concerns I had. Even though the job was already finished, they had no issue looking into the extra items and answering back. Really appreciated the flexibility.
Pricing was fair, everything was explained clearly, and the car runs great now. Haven Automotive is my new go-to shop—highly recommend!”

“I've only recently switched to this shop since moving back to the muskegon area. These guys are great. I appreciate the clear diagnostic process, the friendly/professional interactions, and just how approachable the team is. Prices suck but that is not their problem. With the price of steal rising, shortage on labor jobs, and overall inflation they are doing the best they can. I also want to make it known that shops are not a perfected business. Just because they repair one thing doesn't mean another won't break! These guys deserve credit for the physically demanding and under appreciated life of a mechanic. Keep it up guys!”

“I took my car to Rademaker Auto Repair about a week ago. My car was hit in a parking lot when I was shopping. Minor damage. I decided to get three bids though I intended to pay for the repair myself. Rademaker’s is old school. The office is decorated with dusty model cars and the shop appears quite old. And it likely is. And I don’t care. It’s the sort of place I frequently visited when I was much younger. I received an estimate for the repair which was lower than my other two estimates. Their estimate for doing the work was three days. They had a.cancelation and I took it. My car was finished in three days as I was told. The work is very satisfactory. Though I’m not anxious to incur future damage to my car, if I do I plan to have Rademaker give me an estimate.”

“Where to begin (I'll try to keep it short)...
We've taken 3 vehicles to them in the last month.
1st vehicle needed a wheel bearing asap, and Kent & Brandon got right on it!
2nd vehicle had an inspection done... found the issue right away, now we're getting that taken care of. Kent just came to pick it up with the tow truck, and before I could even go in the house and grab my cup of coffee, he already had it hooked up and got the heck out of dodge! ? ??
And the 3rd needed so much work, Karen was quick to get estimates and get back with me and patiently wait for our decision. They were both very transparent in letting me know that it wasn't worth dumping all the money into it for all the work it needed.
The reviews here really speak for themselves. It can be overwhelming trying to find a good shop to trust with your vehicle.”

He was able to schedule an appointment within a few days and completed the diagnosis the day of my appointment. He provided me with two very good options and was able to install a rebuild (with warranty) that same week. I found Robert to be fair, honest, and very efficient in getting my Tahoe back on the road. “I just recently had my front brakes, rear tires and windshield wiper blades replaced. I was hesitant to get my brakes repaired because it had only been six months before I had the same brake work done by someone else and thought that I was going to not only get ripped off again but also told that I would need other unnecessary and expensive work done. Boy was I wrong!!!! They gave me a reasonable quote for the actual work that I needed, listened to me and did all of the work quickly and afforadably. They were great!!!!!”
