This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The lady was very nice when I signed up and she was the last person that English was her first language. Ever since when you call customer service you get someone that you can't understand, I had to go to chatting and then they just read off of cue cards, the same with calls. They charged me a late fee and I didn't even owe them any money. That took many chats overa few months to get half of that back. When I called to get a price on my first refill at end of the summer they were .68 a gallon higher than other local companies. I never did buy any propane after my first fill, when I asked why so high they just had a lot of nonsense excuses.
I changed providers and now I'm being told that it will cost me $149.00 early termination fee and $199.00 to haul their tank away. My contract isn't up for 6 months, so their tank can sit out by the road for 6 months, I told them I wouldn't be responsible if someone takes off with it. There was never any mention of $199.00 haul away fee at sign up, so be careful before going with them.

Very poor customer service you talk to foreign people that tell you they can't understand you.. time to find a different company. They use to be more personable guess that's what happens when companies get to big for there own good

First time using any propane services and from the first phone call to the delivery I have nothing to complain about and the driver arrived and filled the tank without leaving a tire mark in the lawn. Very happy with this company

Customer service (phone department from the Philippines) sucked. As stated in my previous survey. She didn't understand what I was asking or saying, I didn't know what price I was getting. As far as delivery it was fine no issues.

We never have to call, our tank is filled by AmeriGas on a regular schedule. Our statement is sent the next day. We are very satisfied with AmeriGas.
