We have a flat tire on 75 just north of Roscommon. We arrived at Dewey's shop around noon on a Friday. The young man on duty dropped what he was doing, fixed our tire, and put the tire back on for us. He had us back on the road in short order. Thank you for your great customer service and helping an out of town traveler.

Exceptional service and knowledge. They guided me with which tires to pick, for my specific bike and riding terrain. They exceeded my expectations, and I will be utilizing them in the near future for wheels/tires for golf cart and ATVs.

Honest, quick, and reliable! They are not the shop that will try and sell you what you don't need. I recently had a part break off of my exhaust... it was embarrassingly loud. Called the day after a holiday weekend & was advised they could look at it once the hoist were available. I dropped my vehicle off and it was diagnosed & fixed by the end of the day. I know not all circumstances are like this.. but they truly do care for their customers and do wonderful work! I highly recommend them!!

Went north for the holidays, and hit a patch of ice and had a tow truck pull the car out. Radiator hoses were damaged and needed replaced, so we had it taken there. the next morning we called and they didn't answer their phone, so they were called atleast 20+ times and didn't pick up, and then they refused work on the car. Said they'd call back about if they'd get to looking at it and would call back, but didn't.
