Took my 93 Chevy in for timing. After getting my truck back I realized and was told the timing was off from a coworker. I took the truck back and Jesse the owner showed me how they did it the first time. Not only did they not use a timing gun, they didn’t even own one! A timing fund is essential in getting the right timing. They didn’t even know the truck had a Bypass wire “you literally can’t do the timing without unplugging the wire that wire”.The Mechanic tells me it’s not on my truck and after a 5 second google search I seen every vehicle after 84 had them. So instead of offering to find the wire they just tell me to find it and bring it back for the third time. I found the wire ,called Jesse and he tells me he can get me in to fix it in two weeks lol. Every day you drive a vehicle with bad timing it damages your vehicle. so I definitely can’t wait two weeks. Jesse you can keep the 150$ , you bought yourself a 1 star review. I’ll do it myself because your place is a joke. After placing this review this guy called my work trying to talk bad about me and the secretary that answered the call got a pretty good laugh out of it because she’s heard from other people this guy was terrible to go to.

I picked up a screw in my tire on I-75, that went in my sidewall. I was losing tire pressure fast and Ken’s Tires was close by, according to my Google search from my cell phone. I called Ken’s shop and told them of the situation and they said come right in. Everybody at Ken’s were super friendly and very professional and helpful. My car is newer, so they didn’t have my tire in stock (but could of ordered me one), so they removed my bad tire and let me know they could of plugged it but the plug would not hold due to the screw location in the sidewall. The guys quickly put my spare donut tire on, took my dog for a walk outside while I unloaded my trunk area and did it all for free! It made my day and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Ken’s Tires!!!

Had our Tundra sheer 5 lug nuts off of a wheel on our trip back home. Ken's got us in right away and got us back home safe and sound. Excellent people, quality work, great value. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They saved our travels and were wonderful to work with. Thank you, Ken's Tire!

our boat trailer’s tire shredded on our way home from the UP. we were lucky to have had this happen 5 miles from Ken’s shop. they had the exact tire we needed in stock and got us back on the road quickly. super nice guys and amazing customer service. thank you Ken & team!!!!

My tire popped on the way to Roscommon and had a spare but was also flat so I made it to Ken’s tire and auto and they were able to get me in so quick and did not take long at all and was priced reasonably!

Top notch customer service! I had a grinding noise coming out of my front passenger wheel, thinking it was a wheel bearing as diagnosed by another shop, took it to Ken's. Jesse called me and noted that it was a brake caliper pin, saving me the cost of an unnecessary repair. They fixed my truck while I was away and were gracious enough to pick my family and I up from Roscommon airport when we got back. They earned a customer for life!

Needed tires for boat trailer. Could not find at first, not even @Walmart.
Ken's had in stock and installed. Great service and very fair pricing. Had 2 broken rear springs replaced a few years back & they were great then too. Highly recommended!!

Amazing staff at Ken’s! We got a flat tire on 75 in our camper on a Friday at about 415pm, called Ken’s that was about 10 minutes away and they were willing to stay open and take care of us! Such great prices compared to general RV and discount tire ended up replacing all of the tires. Unfortunate situation turned into a great outcome. Highly recommend!
