“I picked up a screw in my tire on I-75, that went in my sidewall. I was losing tire pressure fast and Ken’s Tires was close by, according to my Google search from my cell phone. I called Ken’s shop and told them of the situation and they said come right in. Everybody at Ken’s were super friendly and very professional and helpful. My car is newer, so they didn’t have my tire in stock (but could of ordered me one), so they removed my bad tire and let me know they could of plugged it but the plug would not hold due to the screw location in the sidewall. The guys quickly put my spare donut tire on, took my dog for a walk outside while I unloaded my trunk area and did it all for free! It made my day and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes.
