It's the most unwelcoming hardware store I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times, and the owner is rude and condescending. I'd suggest going to Gill-Roy's in Roscommon instead.

Wow!! I have never been treated so poorly in a store in my 55 years of life. I went into get some stain samples put on a board. first I was told by Jim they couldn't help me because they had a truck come in with a big order. I was told to come back in the afternoon. I returned in the afternoon, when I walked in I was given a dirty look by Jim and asked were I buy my paint. Insinuating he didn't want to help me because I don't buy paint there or spend enough money there. After an argument he reluctantly helped me. I tried to smooth things over and explain to him that we do buy items from the store just not paint and that we even have an account set up there. Jim's response was well use it then and not in a nice way. I don't go in there daily but I go in there enough to know that his name is Jim and the owners name is Bob. Obviously we will never use this hardware store again in the future.

It’s always a fun beach just make sure you go to the north side. The other one is really dirty and my kid found a dead fish.

Nice employees and a great place for last minute things you need. However who ever sharpened my chains did a piss poor job. I would most definitely not recommend having your chain saw chains sharpened here. They cut just as poor as before I took them in.

John with the long hair is the nicest and most helpful hardware associate. I've ever encountered.However, the crotchy woman and the 2 older guys I could do without.But john, Keep rocking man you're awesome.
