Kyle is the best! (I had gone to the Houghton Lake location first, but the woman running it, Sandy, is insane.) Kyle helped me figure out approximately how many miles I was going. He also explained about replacing the gas I used. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism and politeness I received from Kyle, at the Roscommon location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a uhaul.

Wonderful experience. Worked with us to get the best possible deal which included us doing a one-way rental from a different pick-up location. When we brought it back to him, he noted that we were overcharged from the starting location and had it corrected before we even realized. Extremely professional. We will use them again for our moving needs.

We've rented from this location 3 times and always had a great experience. The owner is very friendly, goes out of his way to be helpful and the equipment is always clean and ready for us when we get there. The last trailer we rented from him we pulled with our van, but the tail lights would not work. Instead of just sending us off to fix our own problem, he investigated it, found the wires on our van had been cut somehow, and he fixed them for us. Tried to pay him for his trouble but he would not accept any money. Truly great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

That lie about having there trucks and when you get there that don't have them.it happened to me two times.are frand to.not friendly.
