Really great service and auto fill is excellent. Only thing I would suggest is when tank filled would get an email so I am aware and can then pay bill. Right now you have to review statement on web site and sort of guess the fill date

Great customer service as always, the driver/ delivery service man was very helpful he Inspecting my tank and told me it needs painting, but could not get it done this year but he would put me on the list for spring to have it painted…. Great job, thank you.

Called to question billing and was assisted in a rude and unprofessional manner. Ferrell needs to inform customer service that interrupting and presuming they can answer a customers question before it is even completely stated might not be received well…second unprofessional assist from this company….just be kind.

I'm still waiting for a year now for someone to repair my lines . Per the guy that filled it last year , he said it was wrong/ not safe the way they ran the line. Guess I will be finding someone else who cares about their customers .

Thought my tank might be leaking. Ferrellgas came out couldn't find leak. Then amazing found a leak. Took tank that I had just filled. Installed a new tank (different profile - ugly) filled the new tank up and charged me $400. Just another Ferrellgas rip off. Should have changed company.
