I have been getting my gas at the Rose City shell for many years. The employees are great but you need to address the issues with your gas pumps. When it takes at least 15 to 25 minutes for the pump to fill my vehicle it's unacceptable. Your loosing business as people are getting tired of this.

I recommend the BP south of them in town. It's weird that this place gets more business I admit I seem to naturally stop into the shell station. But this place is hit or miss at best.

I use this gas station almost daily and love the people. Would be a 5 star but the manager "Laura" is extremely rude, however rarely their so little issue.
