Went to the Rosebush store for parts on the Friday after Thanksgiving to find a closed store, online it said the store opened at 8am, later that day the online store hours changed to closed. Would’ve been nice if this was updated prior to me wasting and hour and 60 miles.

We had our grandma’s lawn mower serviced here. The mower needed to be picked up and we were told it would be between 9 and 11. My boyfriend works second shift so we got up early to be at grandmas for the pickup due to granny not being able to get out to the garage easily. At 11:15 we called to find out why they were not there. We were told the driver decided to do things in a different order. We explained we got up early to be there and work seconds and cutting our sleep schedule in order to be here. They apologized and said the driver would be here around noon to get it. Two days later the mower was supposed to be dropped back off, I was told they appreciate what I do for work and understand I have to loose sleep in order to be here for granny and they would be here between 10 and 11 to deliver it back. I got up and waited until 11:20 and was told the person I talked to wasn’t in today and it was not scheduled to be delivered today. I explained this is the second time they didn’t show when they were said they would. They then said they would be here after lunch around one. It’s frustrating that twice in a row I was told a time and no phone calls at all to tell me things have changed.

(Previously a one star review)I ended up going back to the dealership to try one more time.Alls well that ends well, ended up getting a X534, got a great deal on it and I’m very pleased about my time there!!!

For many years, when Bader & Sons owned the business. I had nothing but good to say, but since Hutson purchased the dealership there has been a significant decrease in my satisfaction as a customer. Service prices have soared ($177.00 labor (just labor, not parts) to change the oil, filter, and fuel filter on my 1025R. The dealership also charged me $70 to "expedite" a warranty-covered part, even though my tractor sat there 3 weeks waiting for that part. Three weeks is "expediting"?? Several people have retired, resigned, or been re-assigned since Hutson took over, and the quality of the dealership has, in MY opinion, suffered considerably. I'd look elsewhere for equipment, parts, and especially service.

Very clean, knowledgeable people. We dealt with an amazing young man. He understood what my husband wanted for attachments. I had talked with this young man several times over the phone. Always polite and apologetic for calling me so often when he had a question. My husband Brad Vroman loves his 1025R. Thank you Andrew Meyers.

They did a great job helping me figure out what JD tractor was best for me and then ordered it. Afterwards helping me understand the equipment and was super friendly. Glad I chose Hutson. I purchased a1025r JD.
