I would never take my service to them again or more less send anyone to them. He priced gouging me on a battery charge me $400 sent my daughter up there. She had to side mirrors to be replaced and fuel injection and the process of her being there, doing the work on her car they broke her windshield then I wanna take accountability. Try to lie about it. I live right by them and every day there was no damage in my daughter’s car when her car left her driveway and got to that place,
Charged her 1800 dollars to fix her car the price of new parts but got them from the junk yard did not fix broken windshield neither took account for the damage. Tried to say someone broke it while being on the lot please do not take your car to this shop this man is very evil and disrespectful I am reporting him to the BBB and the Attorney General.

Shout out to Eddie and Dave they understood the assignment for my 2018 Ram 2500 transmission. I wanted to get it built stage 2 for heavy duty towing and some aggressive driving.

I brought my car into this shop
The owner Eddie and his workers were so friendly and nice
They took their time to answer my questions educated and explained things to me and didn't make me feel like an idiot like most shop's
The prices were very good as was the service not to mention the didn't try and sell me things I didn't need

I hit something while driving and developed a pin hole leak in my transmission. Long story short, after I fixed it one crucial and expensive step remained. Trans shops wanted $170 for the final step.
I keep calling and Eddie at A-1 Quality Auto & Transmission at 12 Mile & Utica in Roseville explained over the phone what I needed to do. Eddie could see I was confused so he invited me to come by & he would check my trans. So I did & he did the check & told me what I needed to do & didn't charge me.

Car was brought in for broken shifting cable. key was stuck in the ignition. Tells me it’ll be 400 for the shifting cable. I call every shop in town to find out this place wants 100-200 more dollars then everywhere so i decide im going to take it elsewhere. I get to the shop to pick it up and this guy tells me my dead battery isn’t the issue but my car won’t start. I tell him it’s dead and needs a jump. His response is to hook a jump box to my car and when it didn’t start with his jumpbox that quote ‘starts semis’ (i have a v6 trailblazer) he asked me how i planned to get it out of the parking lot because a jump ‘definitely won’t do it’. I let him pressure me into towing it off his lot because he kept rushing me just to get it home and hook it to jumper cables and start it in 15 seconds. Basically refused to give any help and human decency once they found out i wasn’t paying the price they wanted. So either this guy wasn’t smart enough as a professional to know my car needed a jump, or he knew what he was doing and intentionally cost me money. Either way, i’ll never take anything here for service ever again.
Re: Took me less than 30 mins to call a tow truck to your yard and less than 2 hours of my time and 60 bucks to fix. I make over 1200 a week, don’t qualify for bridge card but thanks for coming on google to prove the kind of human you are. Also as i said, i attempted to get jumper cables and you insisted it wouldn’t work. No one ever tried making removing the vehicles your responsibility so crying victim is strange. Getting that tow truck there and grabbing jumper cables would’ve taken an equal amount of time so as i said, you either weren’t smart enough to know i needed a jump or you intentionally cost me money. Either way pretty pathetic considering you’re supposed to be professionals.

I work for the county and I have so many complaints on this business and it's owner Igli Ricci . And the State of Michigan is doing an investigation on this location.We might not be able to close them down but we can write our information and share it with the public.

This was a new mechanic for me first time here and Eddie handled everything for me. My truck is 24 years old and he was able to rebuild the transmission for me. What a relief because I could never afford a new car. Old school honest mechanic who did fantastic work. My truck shifts like new!! If I could give 20 stars I would!! I highly recommend this shop you will not be sorry. It’s hard to find this kind of honesty when getting your car fixed. I found my new mechanic because they can fix anything!
