I can not say enough about my experience with Tommy, the store manager at the Roseville location. Tommy went above and beyond to find the recliner that I had been trying to secure. After it not being in stock at the first store I went to I decided to call another store. He also said it was it was not in stock. I asked if I was waiting for something that was discontinued. He said a a a yeah itâs discontinued. Not feeling that I was getting the correct info I called the Manufacturer. I was told that it was not discontinued and they were in stock. Thatâs when I called Roseville. Luckily Tommy answered. He said it was showing they had one which meant it was on the floor. He knew it wasnât on the floor and asked if he could call me back. In no time he called back and said he had one in the box. What followed were calls to me with confirmation about delivery and he wasnât satisfied with the delivery date and managed to move it up a day. Over the course of 55 years I have bought numerous appliances, mattresses and furniture from many stores. Never did I receive such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Tommy and the Roseville store. (Delivery men Chris and partner were great too!) Thank you Tommy! You are the best!

My refrigerator and my TV both decided to die so I did some shopping online but I wanted to see the refrigerator in person before buying. I went to ABC Saturday afternoon and was immediately met by Nathaniel who, I believe is the sales manager. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he gave me an incredible deal on my two items. I took the TV home that day but the new refrigerator was delivered three days later. The delivery process was very simple and the two gentleman who brought my new fridge and took away the old one were quite professional. I would definitely recommend this location, and Nathaniel, for your next TV or appliance purchase.

I purchased a brand new washing machine from ABC Warehouse in Roseville, and just 8 months later, it completely stopped working. I expected support under their advertised one-year warranty â but was shocked to learn it ONLY covers parts and labor **IF** the parts are available. In my case, theyâre backordered for at least 3 weeks and then Iâll have to wait to setup a repair dateâthatâs like a MONTH!!!!!!! With no guarantee theyâll even arrive then! With no washer? A month? SERIOUSLY!? Lol ridiculous!!!
I was told to âcall back in a monthâ to check on the status of the parts! Really?!? IâM supposed to chase down updates on my own?!? Completely absurd and actually laughable!
It gets much worse!!! I explained to both ABC and Whirlpool that Iâm crippled, disabled and physically UNABLE to haul laundry to a laundromat. Their advice? Wait a month to wash my clothes, towels, and anything else. Can you IMAGINE not being able to wash your clothes for an entire âźď¸ MONTH!?!âźď¸ Their other âsolutionâ was to ârent another washerâ â with no financial help, and no consideration that I live in a small condo with no space for a TWO washing machines and a dryer.
My warranty clearly states ABC will repair, replace, or refund â NOWHERE does it say Whirlpoolâs limited parts-only policy overrides that. See photo attached. And, I was âźď¸neverâźď¸ warned that Whirlpoolâs parts might be unavailable for weeks or months.
After over 40 years as a loyal ABC Warehouse customer â buying for multiple homes and now my condo â this is the treatment I get? đŁ As someone who is of older age and crippledâand a very loyal customer, Iâm very disheartened. Indifference, no accountability, and zero help in a genuinely difficult situation. Iâm beyond disappointed.

We have made numerous purchases for over 40+years. In December 2024 purchased a Catnapper Sofa. After a month or so the cushions were sagging. I called for service and was getting nothing but the runaround. 1 year warranty on this couch, but ABC DOES NOT offer extended warranty on these couches. A service man finally came out from Catnapper/Jackson furniture. Saying that they wear like that & to change cushions around weekly. I never heard of a couch sagging that quickly. I even bought couches from BIG LOTS over 5 years ago & the cushions are the same. I spoke to the store manager & regional mgr. The regional stated that the service man didn't find nothing wrong and the cushions do that and if I wanted them replaced it would cost me $200.00. I already paid over $700.00 for the couch, charged for delivery & now pay more??????? I thought that ABC took care of the CUSTOMER!!!!!!! Not only do I have Chronic Back problems/pain, Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc it's a struggle for me to get off the couch. If you are looking to purchase a Sofa, Recliner, etc, Do Not purchase from ABC!!!!! Go ELSEWHERE. They do not have the CONSUMERS BACK & will give you the runaround & nothing but excuses. I'm very disappointed & surprised. If you are looking for Quality Furniture with the Companies backing go to Lazy Boy, Gardner White, etc. DO NOT GO TO ABC!!!!!! CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS.....ABC.... CAN'T YOU DO ANY BETTER???????

THE BEST DELIVERY TEAM EVER!!!!
I recently had a stove & refrigerator delivered! Who knew the refrigerator would be next to impossible getting into my kitchen. Needless to say Chad & Cody my delivery super SUPERHEROS made it work!!! Very professional and experienced !!! THANKS, guys!!!!!

I have made several big purchases from this location and it seems that each time, Justin Suida has been my salesmen. This guy's customer service is the epitome of excellence. I have bought dining room furniture, bedroom furniture twice, den furniture and living room furniture, washing machines, two stoves at separate times and a dryer. Each time he seemed to be the first who helped assist us. This particular time he was extremely patient while my husband and I tried to make up our minds in the best living room furniture. He is one of the greatest and it just doesn't get any better than this. Justin's personality was very warm and his voice is very calming. The next time you need new furniture, just ask for Justin because he is the person and salesmen I have ever met.

AC my salesperson, was incredibly
awesome man. First off, I took a call right in the middle of his showing me different models. Shame on me. For 40 minutes he waited. When I was done he was friendly, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. On his recommendation I purchased a washer, Profile to be exact, which in 6 months will give a review. This particular review is for AC. If I could give 10 star review I would have bumped it up to 20.

The reason they sell appliances so inexpensive is because they're getting the duds low rated ones from the manufacturers. How would a 3 year old washer already be having major problems? I'm already looking at having to buy another washer because they sell junk. I won't be coming back here.

Your 43" doesn't work unless you giggle the cord. Says it works and then wants a $150 restocking fee for a Lemon TV in the first place. Your a bunch of low lifes that found a way to screw the customer that come to buy from you. And 43" is all they offered. Everything was over that to choose from. Get bankrupt already.

Purchased a refrigerator on January 17 2024 it has already broken down, called the service company they had to order the part waiting for the parts BUT itâs brand new and already having problems will not be purchasing anything from abc warehouse

Called, and the salesman told me he would call back but never did. Very poor website...
Needs drastically improved website design and is not user-friendly.
My feedback to this stores manager...
Either train your sales staff or fire them...
Cause no one is going to come into a store where the salesman is not willing to help
