I wish fishing around for prices and when they gave me their price I told them I would call them back in an hour because they were the best deal so far and the lady said well if you go ahead and sign with us now we will offer a $250 dollar gift cards 1 hundred dollar gift card and one 150 dollar gift card. So I said cool I'll do it now then. A month later no gift cards. Call them they take me through the steps to redeem it. Except it's only 100 dollars. Not 250After explaining 3 times what I was told. Of course. Like every company. Their was no result in getting me what I was told which is the only reason at the time I signed up with them. I'm so sick of being lied to and scammed by companies and then not fixing it. Guess I'm looking for the next company. Bye at&t

Madyson and Portia should not have a job that faces the public. They both have horrible customer service aptitude and should be fired. They need to both understand that customers pay their salaries and without customers, they don’t have a job. If for any reason you need to do business in a store, don’t got to Roseville and if you do, stay clear of these two. Surprisingly this is a “corporate store” so one would expect superior service. My experience was the complete opposite. This store is negatively impact the AT&T brand so in addition to this review, I’m sending a letters to the AT&T corporate office in Dallas to make them aware of the incredibly unqualified employees at this store.

They're the worse when it comes to customer service. You ask them for help on a specific issue and they just say to call customer service. Bunch of lazy people who just sit around and do nothing. Why work in this field if you cannot do your job properly when it comes to your customers. Next time, I won't hesitate to ask for the manager and call corporate for the amount of lack of help coming from this location. Me and my boyfriend have dealt with way too much sh&$ for us to eventually wanting to switch to a different phone company. Don't get AT&T and these employees and AT&T customer services are trash. Doesn't even deserve one star but I have to publish this somehow. Awful.
