I can’t make this up.. they tried taking somebody before me,in a line of 3 understandable simple mistake.. but my issue was not resolved and I am DISGUSTED that they let another customer sit In my seat eat her lunch and act like I was in her way! WHILE I was in active conversation with the rep! Absolutely terrible… shut the whole store down

This location so poorly managed. I been back to this location 4 times to solve the one issue I have . First time they was too busy , second time they was taking long again . Third time the manger wasn’t there. Four time the manger running late . Y’all need to do better . Also they’re rude never greeted us bit spoke to other customers. If I could’ve solve this issue with a phone customer representative I would’ve .

This location has the worst customer service. I pay at least 1/3 of one of my paychecks for cell and internet. I ask for help, assistance in a kind courtesy manner and when I’m paying my hard earn’d $$ . I’m given the runaround, excuses, “it’s not my job” attitude. This is not the 1st time. It’s a common practice over the years and I’m beyond fed up. Not cool… not cool at all

If I can put 0 stars then I would. By far thee worst experience of my life Shanell hunt is by far thee worst manager and deserves to be fired. She was no help at all and told me unfortunately AT&T lied to you and you have to call customer service because we can’t do nothing for you.

Shantrice is an angel on earth. I came in after losing my phone and expecting to have to pay hundreds of dollars. She went above and beyond to take care of me and I am so thankful! You guys will have my business from here on out. Thank you!!
