Gave me wrong oil filter and would not refund total price only refunded weak ass 4 $ for filter im upset cuz I drained oil then realized wrong filter now my oil is shit without new filter sorry auto zone my time worth more then your 4$ I'll shop at a real part store with experienced workers from now on

I have tried calling AutoZone 4 times today. I was immediately put on hold with 3 of the calls and the fourth time no one answered the phone. Each time I waited on hold until they disconnected me. My total time on hold is almost an hour. The service was always good at this store. Tell whoever “fixed” it that it wasn’t broken. I will shop at O’Reillys, they’re right next store.????

The service counter employee was very helpful and didn't mind checking for my warranty on my battery I purchased. These are the people we all need behind the counter and on the phone. Very good atmosphere and experience, I would definitely refer my family and friends to this location.
